Is responsible for defining the strategic developments of the companies IPSA is composed of, and is also in charge of defining international strategies, by directly supervising strategic partnerships and the administration of R&D. He collaborates in Investigation and Programs, S.A. (IPSA) since 1996.
Before arriving to IPSA, Miguel Echenique worked for 25 years at many different directive positions in the pharmaceutical industry for several companies, he also held the position of President and General Director of diverse societies belonging to companies with risk capital for a financial group.
Miguel Echenique has extensive experience in General Direction, Restructuring and Business Finance, Seed Capital, Plant Direction, R&D Administration, Technical Direction, Sales and Finance.
Miguel Echenique, was born in 1953 and has a Degree in Pharmacy from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, also an MBA from ICADE and PDG from IESE.

Is a founding member of the directive committee of IPSA and from the start has played a fundamental role in defining the strategic and technological role of the company. Highlighting amongst the many activities he has carried out over the past years is his work in Spain on the development of the first installations of Atril for dealing with Cartera Central in the Spanish External bank and in Latin America the design of a project for a clearing house involving imaging, a key point for the expansion of the company in the region.
With the direction of José Luis López, IPSA has become a solid and secure business which is composed of IPSA, IPSA Soluciones de Convergencia and ACT (Puerto Rico) with offices located in Madrid, Argentina, Brazil Mexico, Puerto Rico and Chile.
José Luis López was born in 1960, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, he also has a PDG II from IESE.

Is a founding member of IPSA and a member of the Board of Directors, his experience is one of the most extensive within the company. He has developed organization consultants for banks and business clients in areas related to document administration using imaging technology.
Under his leadership IPSA has completed elaborate projects in both Spain and Latin America, highlighting amongst others: Scandata, Argentaria, Banesto, Telefónica Sistemas, Bank Boston, Banco Crédito Argentino, Banco Francés, Deutsche Bank, Banco Río de la Plata, Banco Santander Puerto Rico, Banco Santiago, Banco Santander Brasil and BANESPA in Brasil.
Before arriving to IPSA, he was Director of the Information Technology department for the general sub-direction of pensioners in the Treasury Department and a Systems Analyst at Empresarios Agrupados, S.A.
Miguel Ángel Gañán was born in 1955, is an Aeronautical Engineer from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos in Madrid.

Wladimiro Navarro Köhler joined the company in 2005 as General Director of IPSA Soluciones de Convergencia, a company dedicated to voice and telephony solutions. In 2007 he was given the title of Commercial and Marketing Director of IPSA. Wladimiro Navarro is currently a member of the Board of Directors of IPSA.
He has extensive experience from many companies carrying out important tasks in the telecommunications sector. He was Marketing Director for Telefónica Soluciones and in Telefonica Mobile Solutions where he had the position of Director of Process Divisions and Development of Operations, both of these companies belonging to the Telefónica Group. Before this he was Sub-Director of Service Provisions in Retevisión, and in Siemens Manager of the Area of Public Commutation.
Wladimiro Navarro, was born in 1967, is an Telecommunications Engineer from the Universidad Politecnica of Madrid he also has a PDD from IESE.

Fernando Bravo is a member of the company board of directors. He is in charge of the coordination, assigning and control of the resources of the parent and subsidiary companies of the IPSA Group as well as financial strategies.
Fernando Bravo heads the analysis, definition and direction of the investments for the IPSA Group, he also coordinates the areas of accountancy, treasury, audits and financial analysis.
Before joining IPSA he worked in labour economics consultants and performed the task of Financial Director in several companies among them, Construcciones Norte and Compañía Telemática Internacional (CTI).
Fernando Bravo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Universidad Central de Barcelona), Masters in Tax and Counselling, Masters in Direction of Economics/Finance from CEF and the General Director Program (PDG) from IESE.

In 1996, he joined IPSA, becoming manager of the document image processing research and information recognition department. Afterwards, he also becomes responsible for the development of the technological platform for massive capture and document management department of IPSA.
As part of his activity in IPSA, he coordinates R&D projects involving university research groups, technology centers, and other companies, and takes part in the management of his financing through national and european official organizations. During the past few years he has promoted the implementation of agile methodologies in software development.
In parallel with his professional activity, José Luis Esteban is an associate professor for the School of Computer Engineering at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid.
Before joining IPSA, José Luis Esteban worked at FiloSoft, S.A., Software Científico y Técnico, a university spin-off of which he was the founding member and Technology Director since 1988 until 1996.
José Luis Esteban was born in 1962, has a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the País Vasco University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid.

Alejandro, who joined IPSA on 1989, it is the Director for QA and Support Services.

Before joining IPSA, he worked as a developer for the Spanish Treasury Department, on the Insurance Management Agency.
Also, he was analyst and developer for IBERIA and a member of the online support team for the booking system for this mentioned airline.
On DEFEX, a company owned by SEPI, he was the Systems Manager.
Alejandro Gañán, was born on 1959 and he graduated on Information Technology on the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Technical Madrid University).

Jaime Romano has been President of ACT since 2007 when the company joined the IPSA Group. Before this, Jaime Romano occupied the position of Commercial director in IPSA.
Previously he was Commercial Director of the company Aquira (Telefónica, BBVA, Iberia and Repsol YPF) directly administrating a team of twelve people, and in charge of defining the commercial strategies, management and following up on commercial objectives related with indirect channels of sales. At Arthur Andersen he was manager of the financial entity section in the Madrid office.
He has extensive experience as an instructor in the training program of Arthur Andersen, and has participated as a speaker in seminars organized by IIR Spain, Recoletos Group, and Lafferty Group. Also he is member of the Registro de Economistas auditores (REA) and is inscribed in the Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas (ROAC).
Jaime Romano, was born in 1966, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business (Specializing in Company Direction) from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid.

His function includes development of the installations of new bases in the competitive market, as well as following up on operations and research into partnerships with South American companies. Also, he has been an instructor for the certificate courses and commercial training of IPSA.
Before arriving to IPSA, Mario Winiar founded a business consultancy with activities in restructuring real-estate assets, business plans, risk analysis planning and specialized architecture analysis of international retail chains; he held the position of director in this company.
Mario Winiar was born in 1964 and has a degree in architecture from the faculty of Arquitectura y Urbanismo from the city of Buenas Aires, he also has special training in marketing and finance.

Of the many functions that Andrés Galindo carries out, one must highlight his Commercial Coordination and Central American and Caribbean projects, adaptation, and application of technological strategies and operatives. He is also in charge of agreements and partnerships at the regional and corporative level.
Previous to this, Andrés Galindo was sub-director of re-engineering of processes at Banco Santander Mexicano and a department professor at the Universidad Intercontinental of Mexico.
Andrés Galindo is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Anahuac Norte of Mexico.
