At IPSA we are working constantly on the implementation of quality initiatives to increase our customers’ satisfaction and ensure the ongoing improvement of our processes.
In 2000, IPSA set up a quality management system in accordance with standard UNE-ISO 9001:2000. This system has been certified by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce (ENAC no. 11/C-SC012) under certificate number EC-1.287.0402, for the engineering, development, and technical support of software applications intended for the mass processing of documents using imaging technology.
In 1996 IPSA Soluciones de Convergencia implemented a quality management system in accordance with standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:1994. In October 2000, this system was certified by the company SGS ICS Ibérica, S.A. (ENAC no. 05/EC/SC/001/97) under certificate number 001011.
In 2003, the quality management system UNE-EN-ISO 9001:1994 was upgraded to meet ISO 9001:2000 and was again certified by SGS ICS Ibérica S.A. (ENAC no. 05/C-SC001) under certificate number ES-0001011. The certification includes the design, integration, marketing, installation, and technical assistance of telephony systems.
In 2006, IPSA set up a Software Quality Control Department with the aim of improving the IPSA Groups product and project development methods.
IPSA Group’s R&D and Product departments have implemented an RD&I Management System in accordance with standard UNE 166000. This system has won IPSA public recognition as a technologically innovative company. IPSA is also currently participating in a Ministry of Industry project to acquire level 2 CMMI certification.
