At IPSA we are working constantly on the implementation of quality initiatives to increase our customers’ satisfaction and ensure the ongoing improvement of our processes.
In 2000, IPSA set up a quality management system in accordance with standard UNE-ISO 9001:2000. This system has been certified by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce (ENAC no. 11/C-SC012) under certificate number EC-1.287.0402, for the engineering, development, and technical support of software applications intended for the mass processing of documents using imaging technology. In 2011 has been renovated and certified under ISO 9001:2008.
Software Quality Control Department
In 2006, IPSA set up a Software Quality Control Department with the aim of improving the IPSA Groups product and project development methods.
