Certified Digitalization

Atril® v4 DC is IPSA's technological solution, approved by the Tax Agency for the digitalization of physical invoices and other documents, with full fiscal value.

Once the physical invoices are digitalized with Atril® v4 DC they can be eliminated and their images kept, as stated by Order EHA/962/2007.

The Challenge

All companies receive each year hundreds of invoices which have to be classified, approved internally, processed in their accounting applications and finally, kept for at least five years as indicated by the law. This task means for the company an annual cost of 1,52 € per invoice and 21,5 productive minutes per worker.

Furthermore, the reality of the market already entails for companies that manage invoices in paper and electronic format, with the problems generated with having the information stored in different formats and spaces.

The Opportunity

Spanish legislation gave companies the possibility to destroy their paper invoices and just keep their images if they have been digitalized through software authorized by the AEAT.

The possibility of destroying paper invoices, as indicated by Order EHA/962/2007, means a drastic savings in cost for the company which, combined with all the benefits entailed with a documental management system, allows for a real opportunity to increase productivity and improve business processes.
