Digitalization, a step towards efficiency

In a global environment, the necessity of accessing the correct information in an immediate way is crucial to be able to make fast decisions, which allow greater efficiency for the organization.

Present time has to be lived and planned as an opportunity to review all processes to give way to new tools such as digitalization, that allow savings of up to 50% to public administrations, companies, and SME in reduced implementation periods, without the necessity of having to turn to expensive investments, incrementing productivity and without reducing functionalities with respect to a traditional application; preserving at the same time natural resources and the environment.

Electronic Processing of Documents: Electronic Management and Company

Traditionally, document processing supported its operation in the handling of paper. Companies, Public Administrations and citizens interacted by generating written documents on paper and sending them to its addressees, who replied or continued the process, generation more paper. [...]

The document digitalization techniques, supported in the newest hardware and software technologies, have made possible today a transformation of the paper-document to electronic-document totally reliable.
Furthermore, if such digitalization process would be framed in a workflow outline and a documental database of the digitalized images we would have achieved incorporating the paper, in an extraordinarily effective way, to the modern outlines of electronic processing.
