IPSA show the capacity of document administration using their Atril platform in DOCUMATION

 

IPSA has presented to the visitors of DOCUMATION the capabilities of the Atril platform for documentation administration and automation, also, Ramiro López, Director of Business Solutions presented “Tendencies in Massive Capture Distribution and Transaction” demonstrating different scenarios where the Atril technology can be implemented.

IPSA presented their Atril® products for capture and administration of documents in DOCUMATION, the fair which each year brings together professionals of ECM, and which was celebrated on the 11th and 12th of June in the Palacio de Congresos in Madrid, this event was held in parallel with other events: Infosecurity and Expo Storage.

More than 2000 visitors and 85 stands were present at the exhibition, among them was IPSA who presented their Atril® platform, the solution for capture and document administration, of design and self development, which is capable of processing and administrating documents of diverse characteristics: invoices, cheques, files, forms…

Atril® offers a set of tools which administrate and automate the capture processes, distribution, storage and document consultation. Using their workflow configurable the documents follow the steps defined within the system and also facilitate remote administration of the information using their web service which incorporates security protocols which allow trustworthy and secure access.
