It's an application that allows to digitalize and send images from remote digitalization devices (multifunction printers or MFP and Web environment scanners), assuring the transmission from the point of origin to the precise place where they are needed, with the maximum security guarantees and tracking according to the defined business process.

The user, in an easy way, can select from the digitalization device the operation that wants to be carried out on the documents. The resulting images from the digitalization process are signed and incorporated to the system flow together with the related document information.

Security is executed throughout the process since users have to be previously authenticated to access the Atril Client. In function of each users profile, the application will highlight in the pull out menu the operations that can be performed.

Furthermore, the Atril Client assures tracking of the documents during the whole process as well as incident control. From the time the Atril Client receives a document, it is registered in the system, to claim documents that have not reached its destination and assuring their reception.
